Galway

Fantastic dinner at O'Grady's on the Pier. Mom had grilled oysters and I had hake, a flaky white fish topped with pomegranate, kumquats, and lime, on a bed of Thai noodles. Started off with some tasty Irish bread and soothing cream of parsnip soup. So far, no bad meals in Ireland! Ended the evening with a rainbow sighting over Galway Bay.
